This year, we have adopted a new format that places a spotlight on our Strategic Priorities 2022- 2027, underlining our commitment to transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in achieving our mission.
One of the key highlights of this year's report is the celebration of our first-ever multi-year funding from the Department of Rural and Community Development’s Scheme to Support National Organisations (SSNO). This remarkable achievement not only reinforces the value of our work but also signifies a broader recognition of the pressing issues we address.
With the help of this funding, we’ve expanded our team and workstreams, notably incorporating a renewed focus on health inequalities. This expansion has allowed us to delve deeper into the challenges facing Irish society, recognising that these issues intersect and, likewise, must be tackled collectively.
Throughout this report, we endeavour to emphasise the interdependence of the core issues that our society faces. We firmly believe that comprehensive solutions are required, solutions that span different policy areas, from healthcare and education to working conditions.
It is our hope that this report will serve as a call to action, inspiring collaboration and dialogue among stakeholders from all sectors, as we collectively work towards a more prosperous, equitable, and harmonious island.
