Providing the tools for financial wellbeing

On June 20th TASC, in collaboration with the Irish Banking & Culture Board and Safe Ireland, held a training session in Dublin for frontline staff who support victims of domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence (DSGBV).

The "Providing the Tools for Financial Wellbeing" training equipped participants with a trauma-informed toolkit designed to help women reclaim their financial independence after experiencing domestic abuse and coercive control.

Attendees heard from a guest speaker from Bank of Ireland on supports offered to vulnerable customers and also had the opportunity to network and share experiences. More information and resources can be found at www.frtdv.ie

GP Direct Access Scheme

TASC are conducting an independent evaluation of the General Practitioners Access to Community Diagnostics (GPACD) Scheme, also known as the GP Direct Access Scheme.

We are currently seeking members of the public and patient support and advocacy groups who would like to discuss diagnostic testing access and waiting lists in a 20-30 minute interview. Detailed information about the research can be found on the GPACD information sheet and by accessing our website.

If you are interested in participating in a 20-30 minute interview on this topic, either online or in person, please contact us at research@tasc.ie.

We would appreciate it greatly if you could circulate this participant call to any of your colleagues who may be interested.
